    Sonia Kanjee
    Senior Manager

    Sonia is a senior manager with Vistra’s U.S. tax and accounting practice.  Sonia is a certified public accountant with nearly ten years of experience in U.S. taxation, specializing in cross-border transactions.  She has extensive experience advising multinational corporations with investments and operations in the U.S. Sonia’s expertise includes U.S. financial reporting and advisory (ASC 740); federal, state, and local tax compliance; international and domestic mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations; tax audits and investigations; and performance advisory, including streamlined processes that integrate the tax life cycle, enhance usability of data, and improve operational performance. Before joining Vistra, Sonia worked at Ernst & Young in New York and London, with a focus on the financial services industry. Sonia has a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a licensed CPA in the State of New York.
